Cross-flow closed cooling tower ZXZ-H

The cross-flow closed cooling tower has better noise control than the countercurrent, and is suitable for use in places with high noise requirements. Because it can be multiple in parallel, it has a small footprint.




1, ZXZ-H cross-flow closed cooling tower scope of application
The cross-flow closed cooling tower Fan adopts a mute large blade fan, which makes the noise at the outlet of the cooling tower lower. Gravity Pool type cloth water is used. Sprinkler water into the pool type sowing basin, and then under the action of gravity through the nozzle, spray in the heat transfer filler and closed cooling tower heat exchanger. After passing the heat exchanger, it naturally flows into the bottom catchment tray. As a result, the Zxz-h series of cross-flow closed cooling towers have less noise than the countercurrent closed cooling tower. There is no flow of water dripping into the catchment plate of the "rattling" sound. The cross-flow closed cooling tower can be assembled together in multiple places, with a smaller footprint than the countercurrent cooling tower. Therefore, the cross-flow closed cooling tower is more suitable for: high noise requirements, small footprint of the occasion.



2, ZXZ-Hcross-flow closed cooling tower operating principle
 Internal circulating water system: the cooled circulating water in the coil flows out of the tower body, from the system circulating pump to the heat source (the cooling equipment), after the heat exchange heating of the circulating water and then into the coil cooling.
Outer circulating water system: external sprinkler water through contact with the coil and filler heat transfer to the cooling coil inside the purpose of circulating water, fell into the lower sink, from the sprinkler pump sent to the sprinkler sink again cycle. The inner circulation is heat-exchanged by cooling water through the coil and outside the tube, and the water pollution caused by the direct contact between the cooling water and the air is avoided. Because the sprinkler water has been pre-cooled by PVC filler, the heat transfer effect is more obvious.




3, the composition of zxz-h cross-flow closed cooling tower
(1) Heat transfer coil: cross-flow closed cooling tower using multi-group coil structure, multi-group coil installed in the closed cooling tower at both ends of the air surface. Coil and heat transfer filler staggered design, spray water after the coil after the heat transfer filler cooling, repeated multiple times into the bottom of the catchment tray. Heat transfer coil generally use copper pipe, special cases can also be made of stainless steel pipe or aluminum pipe and other materials. After the weld is complete, a stress test is required to ensure no leakage and any sand eyes. The test pressure is generally to put the heat transfer coil into the water, and then in the heat exchange coil inside the injection of high-pressure air, air pressure is generally selected 2.0MPa. Keep pressure for 24 hours to observe leakage. No bubbles are judged to be qualified, otherwise the repair process is required.


(2) sowing basin and nozzle: zxz-h cross-flow closed cooling tower using gravity pool cloth water, sowing basin material can be used stainless steel, galvanized steel plate, aluminum galvanized plate or FRP and other materials. The nozzle is directly jammed at the bottom of the sowing basin, and if it needs to be replaced, just pull the nozzle up. Nozzle material for PVC or ABS, a single nozzle flow is generally 1~2 cubic meters per hour, according to the water level in the sowing basin, nozzle flow has appropriate changes.




4, the characteristics of zxz-h cross-flow closed cooling tower
(1), completely eliminate the cooling water system by debris, scale caused by the harm: softened cooling water in the system closed-circuit cycle, and the outside environment is not directly in contact, to eliminate due to floats, dust, harmful ions, such as into the cooling water system and accumulation caused by the reduction of efficiency, dirty failure and so on.
(2), the use of a new type of heat exchanger so that the installation and replacement of the coil completely simplified: A, the new heat exchanger coil and collector connection using a patented flange connection method, so that the heat exchanger coil installation, disassembly operation is completely simplified. B, the new heat exchanger using three-dimensional tilt technology, completely solve the problem of poor drainage and residue.
(3), the new type of heat exchanger and filler optimization layout to make maintenance, maintenance more convenient: The new heat exchanger and high-performance filler optimal layout, so that the heat exchanger coil and filler maintenance, cleaning operations more simple and convenient.
(4), the use of a new type of fan to further improve the performance: the use of three coordinate inverse solution design of the new fan blades, by the overall steel mold pressure casting and through strict dynamic balance testing, air exhaust capacity increased, operating noise further reduced.
(5), sprinkler piping internalization: sprinkler piping set in the cooling tower inside, eliminating the external piping, so that the tower in vitro is more beautiful to reduce the cost of on-site piping.
