The design parameters are: Wet bulb temperature 28 ℃, dry ball temperature 30.5 ℃, inlet tower water temperature 37 ℃, out of the tower water temperature 32 ℃, temperature difference of 5 ℃. The inlet and outlet temperature of 8 ℃ refers to the water intake temperature of 40 ℃, the water temperature of the tower 32 ℃.
